SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation Customers Unlocked $53.4M in Value

SS&C Blue Prism study finds the full potential financial impact of adopting intelligent automation and the potential 330% return on investment over three years.

Forrester Consulting did a study called the Total Economic Impact™ (TEI) of SS&C Blue Prism, commissioned by SS&C Blue Prism. The goal of the study was to help enterprises realize the value of deploying an Intelligent Automation Platform. It was also meant to evaluate the full potential financial impact of adopting SS&C Blue Prism Intelligent Automation.

The study found that a composite representative of 166 interviewed customers saw a return on investment figure of 330% over three years thanks to the SS&C Blue Prism technologies. That amount represents a net value of $53.4 million.

The Total Economic Impact Study stated that IA has moved from only addressing operational challenges to more strategic ones. It also stated that AI is increasingly being driven by leadership and management, rather than IT or technology.
